Today is Sandra's birthday at work. We decided that I should bake a cake for her instead of purchasing one. Sandra wanted chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.
I had asked for chocolate frosting recipe and Caroline at Daily Blue Plate Special recommended one from Hershey's. With the frosting recipe was a cake recipe. It was simple to follow so I made that one for Sandra. The recipe can be found here.
This cake tastes AWESOME! I was so pleased with how it turned out! Sandra liked getting a homemade cake. We decorated it with luscious looking strawberries I found at Publix this morning.
