I am in charge for dessert again for the Thursday night dinner at my parents. It's just going to be me and my parents this time. So, I decided to make my dad's favorite pie - Butterscotch. When we usually make it, it's with the pudding mix. I decided to make it homemade. I went to Paula Deen's website and sure enough, there it was! The only difference I did was use sugar free Cool Whip instead of making my whpped cream, and using a graham cracker crust.
